Get a job, Bob.

—Any User, GameFAQs

NoJobBob is the local GameFAQs fighting game troll, who will post a controversial opinion and usually leave almost immediately. None of his topics ever reach any degree of discussion past the inevitable remarks of some variant of the three words, "Get," "a," and, "job."

Relationships with Other UsersEdit

He'll almost always be met with a response of "Get a job, Bob." For the people he succeeds in irritating, he'll create arguments and fights that can lead to mive flame wars, but they only succeed in feeding him.

Other AppearancesEdit

He's been seen around other boards for popular and upcoming fighting games, such as the board for Injustice: Gods Among Us, doing the same thing as always. According to legend, the first time he was seen on the Smash Bros. board he was identified as being the troll of the Injustice board.

On June 1, 2014, Bob revealed that he finally got a job [1]. However, due his new job's strict probation policies, he started to contemplate quitting to watch the E3 Smash Bros. Invitational Tournament, a one in a lifetime experience. He currently remains undecided on this, although the majority of Gamefaqs is telling him to keep his job.

On June 26, 2014, Bob revealed that he was starting a new job [2] to get off of welfare, meaning he was leaving SmashFAQS. This implies that he did indeed quit his previous job to watch the Smash Bros. Invitational.  However, on July 2, he revealed that he had quit this job as well, saying, "Excuse me while I refuse to be victim of brainwashing that tells people they must work away half of their lives to barely make ends meat."

Bob does not have a brother who is getting married on the day of the E3 Smash Bros. Invitational Tournament; that was a lie created so that he could get off of work to watch the tournament, although they still refused to let him do so.

He claims to have a son, who has never heard of Mega Man or Pac Man. Consensus believes this to be a lie, as this would have involved NJB procreating. If it is not a lie, then he is a terrible father. However, when he started his new job, he revealed that he wanted to set a good example for his son.
