On August 6, 2014, Sakurai revealed in his Pic of the Day that he was adding another new Kid Icarus item, the Daybreak. When JohnTeetor saw this, he flipped the out and started a petition to stop adding Kid Icarus content in Super Smash Bros, all the while insisting in other threads that all Smash fans but him are entitled and shouldn't ask for anything.
Inevitably, this thread backfired mively, and people changed it into a petition for JohnTeetor to close his account.
During the thread, JohnTeetor stated that he may actually close his account, but nothing has come of this.
