Spirits of the light! Wielders of the great power that shines far and wide upon the lands of our world... In my hour of need, grant me the light to banish evil!

Princess Zelda of Hyrule is usually the damsel in distress that Link rescues in the Legend of Zelda series. She have proven her worth by isting him throughout her adventures, even when she is held captive. She is descendant of goddess Hylia and every Zelda reincarnation is the keeper of the Triforce of Wisdom.

She is a playable character in this game. She first appeared in Super Smash Bros. Melee and became a Veteran in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Many people who don't know who Zelda is just call her The Princess, since they use her name as Link's name.

It should be noted that although she was crap in brawl, for some reason Sakurai, while under the influence of methamphetamine decided to nerf her for the lolz.

Zelda Throughout the Years Edit

Zelda as a Blonde

Zelda is different in almost every game in her series. The first few Zelda games she was a brunette. She turned into a blonde in the Ocarnia of Time and for the next few games. She once again become a brunette in Twilight Princess,  In Skyward Sword, she was a blonde, and this Zelda was the earliest reincarnation so she has no true hair colour. But she may be a ginger on the inside.

Her age also varies and has no "true" age. She is usually depicted as a young adult, 18–20 years old. But she is also rarely depicted as a pre-teen, around 12 years old. Zelda was also tanned once, but that was when she didn't know she was Zelda.

Also, Zelda has been a ninja. And a pirate. And a zombie. If she ever became a robot, I think TV Tropes would explode.

Why You Should Stop Calling Link "Zelda"! Edit

Link is a man. Zelda sounds like a what name? If you said it sounds like a female name, CONGRATS! You win! Put both together and you should realise that you are a stupid if you still call him Zelda.
